2. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your personal data is carried out on the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:

  • Newsletter and email communication: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)

  • Contact forms: Legitimate interest or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)

  • Website analytics: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

3. How Data Is Used

  • To send newsletters, updates, and reader magnet links.

  • To manage ARC group communications and feedback loops.

  • To monitor site performance and improve user experience.

4. Data Retention

  • Email addresses and subscriber data are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

  • Contact form data is deleted upon completion of the communication, and no later than 12 months.

  • Analytics data is anonymised and deleted after 26 months.

5. Third-Party Services

Google Analytics: Used to track website usage. IP anonymisation is enabled, meaning no full IP addresses are stored. Data may be transferred to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. A Data Processing Agreement is in place with Google. For more information visit: policies.google.com/privacy

No data is sold, rented, or shared beyond these services.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your stored data

  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data

  • Right to erasure of your data

  • Right to restriction of processing

  • Right to object to processing

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email
